If you perform a crawl on a site using Screaming Frog and want to get a list of all the meta titles that are not optimised in terms of length…

Go to Data Tab

Filter

Click on Title 1 Length drop down arrow on the Title 1 Length Column:

• select custom filter at the bottom

Then from the top drop down choose “is great than or equal to”

and select “Or”

Then from the bottom drop down, select “is less than”

 

Put 75 in the top filter, and 55 in the bottom filter

You should then have a list of URLs in Column A, of all those pages that need the meta titles re-writing.
